Firmaet österreich vin blev etableret i 2003 og har, siden da, importeret vine fra nøje udvalgte producenter fra Østrigs væsentligste vinregioner. Producenter forankret i den tusind år lange østrigske vintradition, men samtidig producenter med udtalt vilje til forandring, fornyelse og forbedring.
